Hello new drivers ..... My names Lisa and I’m from Ramsey, I’ve
passed my driving test on Friday the 13th of January 2012. I started back in
March 2011. And I wanted to go with a fantastic driving school, my partner done
some research on driving schools locally, and K2 Driving School had a lot to
say, on their website, service was great, I was with Janet Olivier from March,
I remember my first lesson absolute bag of nerves from my earlier lessons. Janet
was determined to work on my nerves, and not rush me, into anything I was not
ready for. I was in Ramsey until I could gain confidence. I started to gain
confidence, unfortunately I had to have a break for 3 months during summer,
because I was doing extra hours at work, and saving for my hols to Turkey, but
continued again, and decided to do a Intensive course with K2 Driving School.
And Janet done a week’s course with me in September 2011. And a few lessons
up until my driving test. She was excellent on the day, she totally helped all
the way through. The car was great to learn in a new Ford fiesta, I loved the
car to drive. I did have another instructor briefly b4 Janet, called Mary, she
was not with K2 I had Mary for 2 lessons, where I learned on the Hollow lane
Ramsey, she could not fit me around my work times, as she had another job as
well as being a driving instructor, and I was not very comfortable with learning
in a Vauxhall Corsa. So I was on the internet and heard about K2 and they was
excellent. Fantastic service, and Janet was great. The service 100% ......good

Thanks Rolf and the K2 team for my success in my driving test. I was looking
for a driving school locally, having moved from birmingham. Rolf was available,
and extremely flexible, adjusting lessons around my work time table. His high
training standards are commendable. Anyone needing a sure pass in driving, plus
encouragement, plus flexibility, needs Rolf. Rolf, you are really a great man,
and thanks. Now I can get me a ferrarri, and aloha espanol by road!!! Sam

I passed my test recently with flying colours, despite being notoriously inept
with anything involving hand-eye coordination. This alone is testament to the
skilled tutoring of Kevin L. Furthermore, I passed with a single minor fault,
which I would put down entirely to slight nervous tension (although Kevin L
did much to put me at ease before the test). After numerous carefully structured
lessons, and personalised mentoring, I felt (and still feel) extremely comfortable
on the road (in a car that is). I felt that the progression in my driving skill
was fast, but I never felt rushed. Kevin L was very flexible with his time,
offering various hours to suit my needs. I take my hat off to him, and his partner,
who together provide a supportive and tailored learning environment. Kind regards,

I would like to sincerely thank Janet, I passed my test first time today. When
I first started taking lessons mid 2011 I was an incredibly nervous driver and
I didn't think I could do it. Janet's patience are first class, her explanations
and teaching style made me comfortable and confident. I don't think I could
have done it with anyone else, I will now miss my lessons with her Janet comes
highly recommended and I will recommend her to anyone I know wishing to learn
how to drive. Once again a big THANKYOU JANET couldn't have done it without

Apologies its taken a little bit longer to send this email - the Christmas festivities
and the simple fact I passed my driving test has been quite an exciting and
rather busy period! The freedom of driving has been brilliant! I can't believe
I had put it off for so long!!!!!! I'd like to personnally that both of you
for your time and support in getting me passed! You've both been great in accommodating
me, and getting my lazy bones into gear too! (The days of arguing with bus drivers
that don't carry change are over!!) I'll miss our random chats in the car too
Kev, you really put me at ease - and taught me the importance of not waffling!!!
I've already recommended you to friends, family and colleagues too, and I will

i just wanna say a massive thank you to Kev L, for helping my pass my test 1st
time! I wouldn't of been able to do it without him. I always enjoyed and looked
forward to having my lesson with him. I never saw him in a bad mood, always

I passed my test 20+ years ago but had not driven since. K2 arranged a high
intensity week long course for me, fitting lessons around my schedule. I made
quick progress with Rolf, who gently encouraged me, taking me from not knowing
which peddle is which all the way through to driving on dual carriageways. Rolf
treated me like an adult and tailored lessons to my needs. Highly recommended.

I’ve just passed my test on my first attempt, with only 1 fault. I’m
in my forties and haven’t driven before, so I can ‘hand on heart’
recommend K2. Sincere thanks to Karen for her hard work, patience and instilling
the right amount of confidence in me to make me a safe driver, hopefully for
life. I felt that Karen wanted me to pass as much as I did, never a hint of
‘dragging things out’ for financial gain; she even got Christina
in to cover a half term week lesson, so I didn’t get behind schedule (and
I’d given her a tall order of 8 weeks to test date!) To top it all Karen
juggled other commitments to be there for me today. Thanks to Kev for being
my Mock Examiner – stood me in good stead and prepared me for today. What
a team!

I'd like to say a big thank you to Kev L for helping me pass my test today.
I was suffering from nerves and a lack of confidence, which meant i had been
through 4 instructors and 3 practical tests! Kev was brilliant at putting me
at ease and making me feel comfortable in the car. He identified any weak spots
and things i was struggling with and helped me iron them out. He was also very
complimentary about the things i was doing well, which is something not a lot
of other driving instructors seem to do. We had a good laugh as well. When i
got to the test not only was i confident in my driving but i was also starting
to enjoy it too, something which i thought would never happen! I cannot recommend
K2 enough, they were fantastic. Thanks a million Kev! Hopefully see you soon

I'd like to say THANK YOU to Kevin J for all his help and support during my
driving course and my recent Pass Plus as well. It was another good experience
with him, even though Pass Plus was a long drive of 6 hours +. It was a great
time and a new experience as I've never driven for nearly 7 hours in one go.
Kevin J you're top man !!! thanks for all. I'd like to thank K2 as well for
very professional approach and very good communication K2 I'll recommend you

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Rolf...after taking lessons with
a different driving school and failing once, I was told by my old instructor
to check for any cancellations and he would be available whenever it was. I
did this only to be told he couldn't make it. I rang K2 and Rolf stepped in
to see me through! I really feel he polished my driving skills and I passed
with only 1 minor. K2 are really helpful, it's worth giving them a call :-D

Just Passed my test today at the second attempt. Many Thanks to Rolf, for his
patient and excellent tuition throughout!! Especially lifting my spirits after
I failed first time. With his help I passed at the second attempt a month later!!
Would recommend K2 to anyone wishing to learn to drive, they are excellent!!!

Karen, Kev and Rulf. Huge thank you for helping me in passing my test. You gave
me faith in myself! Not only do you make sure your learners are competent but
also responsible road users. You help to ease nerves, have the patients of saints

Hi Kev and Karen, I owe my success today to you both. You both were really wonderful and Kev is great teacher. He identifies your weak points in the first class itself and then gives more practice on that. I really can't ignore how patient and friendly you were even with my last minute changes. Have literally just passed my driving test first time with only 5 minors thanks to K2. I never dreamed I’d be able to do it first time and I wouldn’t have without Kevin. I’ve been comfortable in that car with him from the word go and he made the entire experience so enjoyable. Me passing first time is all down to him and I’m so incredibly thankful. After a long break from learning to drive due to moving house and having a baby,
I thought I would have to start from scratch when I started lessons again at
K2. Thanks to Kev, I passed first time with just three minors in such a short
amount of time. Kev is great at teaching you how to drive for live and gives
you confidence in your skills. He has a realistic and relaxed approach to his
teaching and will dish out straight-forward, honest guidence and feedback. I
found him friendly and funny, easy to talk to and I'm so happy to have found
an instructor like him. Thank you for giving me ma wheels!

Hello, I passed my test today,Karen was my instructor.She is such a nice lady,that
you never feel uncomfortable with her,she always make you realise that you are
at the right place with the right person.She was like a friend,who was helping
me to get through a big hurdle(test).She always accomodated me according to
my needs/schedule. I passed my test today,with a clean sheet........no minor
or serious faults,isn't this amazing. So if you want to learn to drive....always
go to K2. Thank you.

Firstly just want to say thanks to the office staff at K2 when I phoned they
were so friendly and helpful and I felt valued as a customer so thanks :) My
whole learning experience was awesome at first I was tense but my instructor
made me feel very comfortable with the way he teaches he is calm talkative and
very friendly so it wasn't long till I was comfortable when is was driving with
him his teaching skills are the best I have had as I have had different instructors
before and I passed on my first test so he is good :) Ask for Rolf.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Karen who helped me pass my practical
test today, 3 months and 2 days after my birthday! The lessons were fantastic,
quickly building up my confidence, and I did something new each week which was
really good! Karen was also great at answering any questions I had. I would
definately recommend K2 driving school for lessons! One piece of advice: always
check your mirrors otherwise you won't hear the end of it!!! Thank you very
much (again!) for all you help, I went into the test feeling more excited than

I just passed my practical test this morning with three minors, and would like
to say a big thank you to Darren. He really helped me gain confidence behind
the wheel, every lesson had variety and I found he was always patient and understanding.
I had previously gone with BSM who were no comparison to the way Darren guided
me through learning to drive. I would definetly recommend Darren in future and
once again Thank you, as I would not have been able to do it without you.

Hi K2, I just wanted to write to express my gratitude to Darren for the extremely
friendly, confidence inspiring and professional way that he has helped to get
me through my test. I passed after just 12 lessons and only one minor during
the test. Not bad for a guy that was always concerned that he would never get
round to passing his car test after 20 years of riding motorcycles! Darren was
fantastic and clearly enthusiastic about his work, he was always jovial and
able to pick me up if I made a mistake, especially after a bad day in the office
when I would get frustrated with myself/the car/other road users/the Queen/God
etc. I will have no hesitation recommending K2 to anyone that I come across
whom is looking for a driving instructor. Thanks again Darren and K2!

I have just passed my test FIRST TIME with Rolf in just 3 months. I cannot tell
you how happy and relieved I feel. I started with 2hours a week, and then I
did a semi-intensive course in my last month. I would recommend semi-intensive
to everyone as you pick up so much so quickly and it is drummed into you. Rolf
has been an absolute diamond throughout my whole experience with K2 learning.
He is very patient, has excellent attention to detail and is funny so he always
makes you feel comfortable and safe. Rolf was never ever late for a lesson and
was very flexible with driving times. K2’s communication as a whole was
excellent and I felt very assured that I was investing in the right learning
school. I am going to miss having Rolf as an instructor, and wish everyone else
the best of luck with driving. THANK YOU so so so much for all your help. Xxx

I had a great experience with one of your instructors and I would like to say
thank you. Even before the lessons the communication and everything with K2
was great. Thanks for everything. I passed my test today on the first attempt
with Janet and with just 3 minors. I am so pleased!! Janet was great very calm
and patient the whole time and managed to get my driving on track. I had tried
with different instructors previously and had real trouble with driving but
giving it one last go with Janet has made me see that anyone can drive with
the right encouragement and coaching. I cannot say enough good things about
Janet, give her a go for yourself and you will see her kind patient manner works
better than other methods. Her calm reassuring presence will definitely be missed
next to me but I know if i keep her words in mind I will continue to improve
and be a good driver for life not just in my test. Thanks for all your help

I would like to say the most massive of thank you's to Darren Morris as I passed
my test first time this morning! He has been brilliant as I was previously with
another driving school and was rather low on self esteem when it came to driving.
I am so grateful to Darren for his patience and would be more than happy to
recommend him to anyone, especially someone who's confidence has taken a knocking.
He has been fantastic at explaining things and no question is a silly question.

ROLF! I passed a few weeks ago and thanks to Rolf and K2, my life has changed!
Rolf was very understanding and had flexible times for myself. I would recommend
Rolf to all my friends and anyone who is thinking about taking lessons. If i
was ever unsure about anything Rolf would explain anything and everything step
by step and made sure i understood it.- Very pleased with end result and once

I have had a fantastic time with K2; after putting learning off for many years
I started having weekly lessons with Kev and after 4 months I passed first time
with 3 minors. What more could you ask for? Kev was very friendly and a brilliant
tutor as I always felt I was learning new things and it never became stagnant
or frustrating. His lessons and advice were also very practical in the sense
that he taught me the realism of driving on the roads today and not just how
to pass the driving test. I would recommend his services to anyone, K2 really
is the peak of learning to drive in Peterborough.

My driving instructor was Darren he was brilliant! i have had two previous instructors
and they were terrible in comparison! Darren is patient and makes lessons fun.
on the test day he made me feel relaxed and like i could do it which i did!

I would like to thank Nicola!!!!! I have had numerous instructors and none have
been calm and patient as Nicola which really helps especially if you are a nervous
driver. She is always positive and encouraging and makes you feel like could
accomplish anything. We also had a few laughs and crazy moments together, which

I passed my practical driving test this week and am indebted to Rolf for his
training and coaching. Having made slow progress with two prior instructors
I switched to K2 and Rolf. Rolf made the process of mastering driving skills
straightforward and was always patient and positive. His ability to foster confidence
within me was something my prior instructors were unable to do. I recommend

I would like to say massive thanks to Rolf "The Instructor" and the
very best too! I had been with two driving instructors before Rolf and had almost
given up on driving,am so happy that i have passed now. Rolf is an exceptional
teacher, very calm, made me feel relaxed and always told me i could do it. He
just never gave up on me. He always listened to any concerns i had which i feel
is a quality hard to find in any instructor. He even sat with me during my test,
i couldnt believe how comforting it was to have him there.I always say, if anyone

Thank you Kev for helping me to pass my driving test first time. During my first
few lessons I was hopeless and conviced I would never pass, however with Kev
at my side going through my errors and giving me great advice as an idividual,
it quickly boosted my confidence and before I knew it things were falling into
place. The best thing about the lessons were how Kev always had patience and
allowed me to learn by myself (with Kev occasionally steping in with advice
or quick reactions), as well as spending most the time driving, rather than
being sat on the side of the road. I would recommend Kev to anybody of any ability
when it comes to learning to drive, as he creates a positive and calm atmosphere,
as well as being a great instructor. Thanks again Kev, the hunt for a car is
now on.

Hi i would like to say a huge thankyou to Rolf! I passed both parts of my test
first time and i now feel i am a safe and confident driver.
I first started to learn to drive with another driving school and i was very
disheartened and was honestly put off learning to drive for about a year.
As soon as i re started and switched to Rolf with K2 i straight away found my
confidence and progressed fast. Rolf is a great guy, Very patient and explains
everything perfectly. He has no problems with explaining in other ways if at
first you don't understand. Rolf was recommended to me by a friend and i too

I'd like to say thanks to Kev for finally kicking my ass through both parts of my driving test. I passed first time on both, purely so as he didn't have anything to rip me about.
Kev is a great instructor, he puts you at ease behind the wheel and is just an all round nice guy. I will be recommending K2 to anyone I hear considering learning to drive.
I was spending upwards of two hours a day on the buses with two young children so I'd like to thank Karen and Kev for giving all three of us so much of our life back.
Oh but I still think K2 would function just fine without Kev in it's ranks and he should come back to the kitchens.......please?

A huge thank you to Kev for getting me to pass my test first time round, even
if I didn’t believe him. Hes a brilliant instructor a great laugh and
really calm, even when I broke my arm and ended up in plaster for 13 weeks,
bit of a set back but I got there in the end. I would recommend you to everyone

I passed my test last Friday on my first "proper" attempt. I have
been learning to drive on and off for about seven years with little success
and confidence. Driving instructors have varied with some giving me a false
sense of confidence suggesting I book a test when I was not ready and others
being too informal so I did not learn or develop my driving skills as I should.
Rolf taught me to drive in a very professional, conscientious and thorough manner
with no room for error or mistakes. Within three months of lessons by Rolf I
was ready to take my test and passed with only 5 minors. I still cannot quite

As a mid-thirties 'mature' learner I thought maybe my best days were behind
me, but I passed my test this week after only two months of lessons and with
just 4 minors - and this was all thanks to Rolf and his incredible teaching
and patience! Not only was I taught how to pass my test but I really feel that
I've been taught how to drive safely and confidently and Rolf has left me feeling
incredibly positive about my many years of future driving to come. Rolf was
an excellent teacher with a very relaxed but engaging style and I would have
no hesitation at all in recommending him to anyone looking to not only pass

I want to thank particularly to Janet who I thought is a brilliant driving teacher.
I was impressed with her dedication in teaching how to drive, therefore the
money I had spent was on well structured driving lessons rather than chit chats
in a car. Besides being a good teacher she was patient, calm and did not let
my self-esteem to go down.
I am happy to recommend Janet to my friends and also K2 which always responded
promptly and is a well organised driving school. Thanks Janet for all of your

instructor! I enjoyed my lessons loads as Darren was a lot of fun and easy to

from the past 3 years and there is a lot of difference in the rules and regulations

Many, many thanks to Rolf, for helping me to pass my test today. He is one of
the most patient and meticulous people I have met. With his knowledge, experience
and excellent advice it made a huge difference to my confidence and nerves.
Who would have thought that a white line hugging, compulsive indicating plonker
like me could have passed their test so well. I would not hesitate in recommending
K2 and definitely Rolf to any of my friends and family who are yet to pass their
test. In fact I have already discussed with Rolf, an even bigger challenge of
supporting my son through his driving!!!!!!! From a‘middle aged nerve
wreck’ to a ‘boy racer’………….I am extremely
confident that Rolf is the man for the job. What excuse have I got to leave

I have just passed my practical driving test today and its thanks to K2 Driving
School and Janet in particular - I cant thank you people enough. I would have
no hesitation whatsoever in recommending K2 driving school to anyone. This was
probably a unique situation where I had to learn so much in so little time in
a different car as my own car, which I was using for my practical developed
a fault ahead of my test - K2 driving school not only stepped in at the last
minute to rescue my test drive, but also did a fantastic job prior to the test
in teaching me my manoeuvres and calming my nerves. Thank you so much, you wouldnt

Hi, Just a note to say a big thank you to all concerned. I have been learning
to drive for over 2 years, I always insisted on lady drivers and petrol cars,
I never felt ready enough to put in for a test so I went with Sonia who was
brilliant but unfortunately I got a new job and she just could not work around
my hours, I was so deflated and fed up with it all I was ready to jack it all
in, Then I got a call from 'Rolf' a man ! with a diesel car!...Oh no I thought
I cannot do this, not a man !!!! But after much consideration I thought I had
nothing to lose and oh my goodness here I am with my full pass certificate all
thanks to K2 and Rolf who made driving seem so easy, specially the manoeuvers,
they were my worst nightmare. What a fantastic instructor, I wish I had met
him 2 years ago..Look after him K2 he is a credit to you.

I passed my practical test last Friday (second time but failed first one somewhere
else) after doing an intensive course with Janet for 2 weeks. She really helped
me understand how to drive and how to do my manouvres, something which I'd never
had from my previous 3 instructors! She was great at encouraging me and trying
to keep my positive about my driving, and I'm extremely grateful to her for
her patience and quality of teaching. Would definitely recommend her to others,
and K2 were very efficient and helpful when responding to my online query. Great

It was brilliant - I felt so much more confident and happy that I remembered
most of what i had been taught! I want to say a huge thanks to Sonia as she
was very patient and just let me drive around to maximise the time I had to
practice. She had some great hints and tips too that I was never told when learning

Time spent with Darren was amazing. With just 13 classes (believe me - with
no previous driving experience) I am driving my car properly and have also secured
driving license. His approach to driving is amazing and when it comes to attention
to details, I have not noticed anyone more diligent as Darren is. His will pin
point the exact mistake again and again till you get rid of it. One day he would
become the toughest examiner if he ever chooses to be.

'Massive thanks to everyone at K2 for helping me pass my test, especially Darren.
I'd had bad luck with my previous two instructors and approached K2 as I heard
they had a good reputation. Darren was patient, clear, knowledgeable and made
the lessons fun! It was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous lessons
and really boosted my confidence. This proved to work really well as I passed
with just 2 minors! Thanks too to the admin team at K2 - really efficient and
always got back to me very quickly whenever I had a query. I've already recommended

Thanks to K2 Driving School, my driving test went better than I could have ever
hopped, from the moment I made contact with them they have worked so dedicatedly
to help me from finding me the most suitable instructor Darren who never stopped

I would like to thank Kevin for making learning to drive such a fun and enjoyable
experience. I started driving two years ago with a different instructor and
after failing my test 3 times and having a rubbish car to learn in i gave up
( My old instructor didnt match anywhere near to the skills of Kevin). A year
on i decided to start learning again and thats when i found K2. Kevin taught
me how to drive and with his great teaching skills and his patience i passed
first time since learning with K2. Kevin gave me the confidence and the skills
to do this. They have been very patient with me and have adapted to my needs,
i would recommend them to all my friends and family. K2 is a great driving school
to learn with they have great teachers and great cars. Once again thank you

Hello, I passed my test with Kev last week and it is so fab now I can drive!
I have been one of Kev's mature students having learnt to drive a long time
ago, failing at test and not driving again for more than twenty years. After
three months of lessons I am now driving and it is just great to have the freedom!
Kev is fun to learn with and very patient. He doesnt get cross with you but
gives you advice on all aspects of your learning and Karen has really been helpful
in setting up my lessons around work and childcare committments. The flexibility
has been great. I would highly reccommend K2 and, if like me, you thought it
was beyond you, it is never too late so get out there and have a go!

Well I didn't learn to drive with K2 but I taught with K2 Driving School. It was the first Driving School I worked for and I found all of the Instructors, without exception, to be very supportive and more importantly, they're a really friendly bunch of people. I sadly had to leave as I have moved away from the Peterborough area. Karen, Kev and the rest of the team will ensure you have safe tuition in a fun and safe environment, so if you are looking for a Driving School to go with, you really wouldn't want for anything more than what you get from K2!!

to finish have been amazing. My daughter at 17 passed her
test within four weeks on an intensive course that was
geared around her college and work schedules, they were the
only driving school that I phoned who actually were there to
talk to me and advise what was best for Zoe. Steve is a
great instructor who Zoe felt had a huge positive influence

years ago. Karen is a fabulous teacher - she keeps you calm,
collected and confident! After a few months of lessons I was

hi all, i would just like to say a
thank you to kev and karen, i finally passed my driving test
after 4 attempts, it was my nerves that let me down every
time, and everytime kevin was giving me support and would
not let me give up. When i finally passed on wednesday the
14th of MARCH, it was the best feeling in the world, after
waiting for so long, the only sad thing was saying goodbye,
as karen and kev have been fantastic instructors and i would
